All sales are final. We do not accept returns. We have a 7-day satisfaction policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a replacement. Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue. If your package is damaged due to the shipping carrier, please contact them directly. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages in the event of these occurrences.
